Kid's Connect - Grades 4-6
School Year (September through May):
- Children attend the first part of the Sunday church service in the sanctuary. At an appropriate point (approximately 9:15 AM), children are escorted to classrooms to focus on Bible lessons. Children return to the sanctuary in time for communion service. Lessons focus on crafts and fun activities.
Summer (June, July and August) focus on activities and playtime.

Theme: Bible Treasure Hunt
Dates: Monday, August 4th - Wednesday, August 6th
Time: 4:30-7 (dinner will be provided)
The theme is "The Treasure Hunt" and will include lots of fun Bible activities for kids, such as puppet shows, action songs, games, and of course, super fun treasure hunts! Kids of all ages are invited! Bring your friends! Jillian McCorison is leading with help from Patti Stoddard. Guest crew will be the JOYFUL choir. There will be a short finale program put on by the kids at 6:45 PM on Wednesday, August 6; parents/the public are invited!

God's Global Barnyard
Children’s Church and VBS offerings go to ELCA’s God’s Global Barnyard. The Barnyard (gifts of animals) supports sustainable development ministries of ELCA’s efforts to eliminate world hunger. The Christian Education program is led by Lawrence Burkhard. We’d love to have you join the group of adult leaders.
